Every sequence begins with what the site actually showed.

These records are selected, privacy-protected views of real field work and controlled demonstrations. They preserve evidence and functional progression without disclosing reproducible construction parameters. A case record supports reasoning about that case; it does not establish a general rating or certification.

A de-identified 2017 field record describes a leak at a weld on a process line carrying 2-ethylhexanol (2EH). For this case, the written procedure required the line to be shut down and cooled before hands-on ISB construction.
