Products & field capability

Products support the method. They do not replace it.

DendroSeal connects a site-formed ISB, TheOne™ Super Tape as a core material platform, specialized construction devices and proposed deployment-kit configurations to a case-specific Engineering Plan.

Three connected product layers

The field result is more than a material roll or a tool case.

Each layer has a different responsibility. Field capability depends on how the complete relationship is defined for the case.

01 · Engineered result

DendroSeal ISB

A composite, multifunctional, high-resilience Insulating and Sealing Body formed around the actual component for one or more of three application domains: leak-control sealing, electrical insulation and corrosion protection.

02 · Material platform

TheOne™ Super Tape / FRV Tape

A broad-function self-fusing platform used within selected DendroSeal methods for documented vertical-flame behavior, leak-control sealing and electrical insulation. Product evidence informs the Engineering Plan; it does not become a universal rating for every finished ISB.

03 · Deployment capability

Devices & Method Kits

Specialized winding devices, prepared materials, measurement aids, documentation and controlled replenishment may be organized for a DendroSeal-defined class of work and appropriately qualified personnel.

Core material platform

TheOne™ Super Tape / FRV Tape supports multiple ISB functions.

It is not an internal reinforcement layer. Its conformable, resilient format can contribute to leak-control sealing, electrical insulation and documented vertical-flame behavior within the selected ISB configuration.

Temperature, flame behavior, pressure response, chemical compatibility, electrical duty, service life and any finished-ISB acceptance remain dependent on the identified material, lot, complete configuration, test basis and field condition.

Claim boundary

A material property is not automatically a rating of the finished ISB, the repaired asset or an installation in a regulated system.

DendroSeal Method Kit · General Purpose

One prepared system, configured for the field condition.

A General-Purpose Method Kit combines selected TheOne™ materials, water-activated fiberglass reinforcement and purpose-developed tensioners as one controlled field capability—not as a universal repair recipe.

Formation & sealing

TheOne™ Self-Fusing Tape in 1 in and 2 in widths; TheOne™ SoftSolid™ Putty Roll and 4 in × 6 in Slab.

Media & structural protection

Water-Activated Fiberglass Tapes and TheOne™ POS (Prevent Organic Solvent) Tape for specified organic-solvent barrier configurations.

Controlled construction

V65, BigMini and V20 Tensioners selected for the intended geometry and work.

Broad-function sealing, insulation & flame performance

TheOne™ Super Tape / FRV Tape may be included where the intended use requires leak-control sealing, electrical insulation and documented vertical-flame capability.

Representative contents only. Final quantities, combinations, tools and controls are selected for the intended use, Engineering Plan, training level and replenishment status. Product-by-product construction parameters are not published here.

Deployment configurations under development

Prepared for different routes to the field.

These examples show how selected materials, devices and documentation may be organized for ground or air travel. The cases are third-party equipment platforms and do not represent manufacturer sponsorship or endorsement. They are not a standing catalogue offer.

DendroSeal Method Kit · Heavy Duty

A proposed modular rolling configuration for organized site movement of DendroSeal-selected materials, construction devices, controls and documentation. The enclosure is the transport platform; the controlled contents, Engineering Plan, training and verification process create the DendroSeal capability.

DENDROSEAL AIR

A Pelican Air 1615 case is being evaluated as a lightweight travel enclosure for DendroSeal-selected materials, winding devices and field-support equipment. A separate, removable DendroSeal sticker identifies the proposed DendroSeal configuration—not the enclosure manufacturer.

Prepared around the route to the site

The proposed DENDROSEAL AIR configuration prioritizes lightweight, organized movement while preserving access to the selected materials and devices. Airline, security, dangerous-goods, import and local transport rules still govern every actual journey.

Final enclosure selection, contents, transport status and approvals remain subject to validation for each deployment.

Growth-ring analogy

Continuous formation around a real core.

A tree records growth around the reality of its own centre and environment. The analogy is useful for continuity, progressive formation and adaptation.

An ISB is an engineered composite body—not a botanical structure. The analogy does not define material sequence, layer count, winding direction, load relationship, construction instruction or performance.

Field capability remains controlled

A case begins with Reality, not a product order.

DendroSeal first establishes what is known, inferred and unknown. A suitable Method Kit, material configuration and Engineering Plan follow only after the governing field condition is understood.
