You provide field information because you are seeking help. DendroSeal treats it as confidential case material—not promotional content. The public intake first verifies control of a business email address, then accepts the Field Case for confidential review.
Step 1 · email control
A short-lived code opens Field Link.
Entering the one-time code proves control of the submitted email address only. It does not prove identity, employment, organization, role, telephone or authority. Those items remain subject to DendroSeal's manual review before engineering resources are allocated.
Tell us what is happening, tell us what you need from DendroSeal, and share the field evidence available now. Files are received into private quarantine as you add them, and no Field Case is created until you complete Final Submit. DendroSeal reviews the reality and determines the appropriate next step.

DendroSeal checks the organization, domain, role, required telephone and authority.

DendroSeal determines whether to request clarification, open another channel, propose next steps or decline.
